Because our products are perishable raw dog food and treats, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our facility. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

Important Notes:

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right.

To maintain food safety standards, any products that have left our facility cannot be restocked or resold.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
